1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using XOCOACH.AI, XOTUTOR.AI, XOFIT.AI, or xoai.cloud (collectively "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Services.

The Services are operated by XOAI LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16872288).

2. Description of Services

XOAI LTD provides AI-powered platforms for:

• XOCOACH.AI: Sports coaching resources and session planning for 200+ activities
• XOTUTOR.AI: Educational content generation in 62+ languages
• XOFIT.AI: Wellness goals and workout sessions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account using Google, Microsoft, or Apple authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Age Requirements

• XOCOACH.AI and XOTUTOR.AI: Users aged 5+ (with parental consent for under-18s)
• XOFIT.AI: Users aged 13+ (with parental consent for under-18s)

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Pricing

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

4.3 Refunds

We offer refunds:

• Within 14 days: Full refund if you haven't used the Service extensively
• Technical issues: If the Service doesn't work as described
• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that promotes harm, violence, or illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Services
• Redistribute generated content commercially without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for guidance and educational purposes
• Content is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, etc.)
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
• You should verify important information independently

6.2 Content Ownership

• Generated content is provided for your personal or professional use
• You may use content in your teaching, coaching, or personal practice
• Mass commercial redistribution requires written permission

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

XOAI LTD owns all rights to:

• The XOAI, XOCOACH, XOTUTOR, and XOFIT names and branding
• The Services' code, design, and functionality
• Our AI prompts and content generation systems

7.2 Trademarks

XOAI™ is a registered trademark (UK No. UK00004316405). You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific educational, coaching, or fitness outcomes
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

8.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, XOAI LTD's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or £100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will be revoked
• We may delete your account data (except as required by law)
• You will not be entitled to a refund for unused time

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
